Frequently asked questions
Will my invoices meet my country's rules?
Today IDTrax produces invoices that meet French requirements: sequential numbering, required details, VAT notices and late-payment terms. Versions adapted to the rules of each country are being prepared, which is why we are opening country by country.
Does a finger signature really count?
The client signs on your phone under the words “Approved”, with their name and the date. The signed quote is locked and you send it straight away as a PDF: a clear record of the agreement, far stronger than an “ok” by text.
I'm self-employed: what's in it for me?
IDTrax tracks the turnover you've actually collected and shows how much to set aside for tax and social contributions. Rates are set in the app.
How do payment reminders work?
When an invoice passes its due date, a polite email goes to your client at 7, 15 and then 30 days, and they reply straight to you. You're kept informed and can turn reminders off for any client.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone, and Android very soon. Your data is the same everywhere and backed up every night. The app is in French for now.
What if I hire someone?
